How can I upload a mailing list for personalized printed cards without entering each recipient individually?
- Sign in to your Gifting Good account at giftinggood.org.
- Click My Account in the top navigation.
- Select Recipients, then choose Upload Recipients.
- Download the Sample Upload File template.
- Replace the sample data with your own list.
- Save the file as a .csv and upload it by dragging it into the upload area or selecting it manually.
Upload requirements:
- Files must be saved as .csv
- All fields are required except: Honorific, Company, Apartment, Suite, and Personal Message
- Personal messages must be 80 characters or fewer
- Use standard three-letter country codes (e.g., USA, CAN, ESP)
I sent personalized cards last year. Do I have to re-enter my mailing list?
No. Your recipient list is saved to your account.
To access it:
- Add any printed card design to your cart.
- When prompted, sign in.
- Your saved recipient list will appear automatically. You can edit, remove, or add new contacts.
You can also manage recipients anytime under My Account → Recipients.
What if I forgot my password?
No worries.
- Click Sign In on giftinggood.org.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address.
- You’ll receive a one-time password to reset and create a new login.
Can I schedule my cards to be mailed on a specific date?
Yes. During checkout, you’ll be able to choose a preferred mailing date. We’ll print, address, stamp, and mail your cards on your behalf.
What should I do if a card isn’t received?
Occasionally, printed mail can be delayed or misrouted.
If a card doesn’t arrive, email hello@giftinggood.org with:
- Your name and phone number
- The recipient’s name
We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, which supports:
- Major credit and debit cards
- Digital wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay)
- Bank-based payment methods
- Additional secure checkout options depending on your region
